Primers

Primers are used for priming the substrate prior to the application of plasters inside and outside buildings. They serve the purpose of priming of the reinforced layer in thermal insulation systems as well as on even, adequately prepared mineral substrates (such as concrete surfaces, cement plasters or cement-lime plasters).

The use of base coat improves adhesion of the plaster mass to the substrate, facilitates plastering works and makes the process of binding and drying up of the applied plaster balanced. Primers decrease and unify absorbency and reduce dustability of the substrate. They protect the primed surface from detrimental impact of humidity and eliminate formation of stains as well as reduce the effect of the substrate colour showing through the structure.
